Fantasy Football League Management Software - Order Form

The software must be ordered by post and is supplied on CD. The cost of a single user licence is £30 or US$55. Please print out and complete this order form and send it to the address stated.

By submitting this form you confirm that you have read/agree to the following:

System Requirements. Before purchasing the software you should download and run the free trial version of the program. Note that the full version is a much larger program and consequently requires a more powerful system. I recommend the following minimum system requirements:

Processor: P300 or equivalent (300MHz)
Memory: 64MB RAM (128MB preferred)
CD ROM DRIVE
Microsoft Excel 97

Single User License Agreement. The licence agreement permits use of the software by a single user, who will be named on the program itself. Use of the software by any other person is strictly prohibited.

Copyright. The software is Copyright Premiership Sharpshooters Fantasy Football. Please treat the software like any other copyrighted material. Resale or distribution of the software is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers. 1. The software is not intended for use in fantasy games where fees are accepted or prizes awarded. The programmer/distributor accepts no responsibility in respect of losses incurred as a result of the output from the program. 2. The program has been checked for viruses, however the programmer/distributor accepts no responsibility for any disruption, damage and/or loss to data or computer system that may occur while using the CD or the programs on it. It is recommended that you have an up-to-date backup of your hard disk at all times.
